Depending on access and window type, there are two main cleaning methods:
Water Fed Pole System
The Water-Fed Pole System is our preferred method for cleaning all exterior windows – and for good reason.
Using lightweight, extendable carbon fibre poles, we can reach windows safely from the ground – even on upper floors or hard-to-access areas – with no ladders or lifting equipment required. The pole delivers pure, deionised water directly the window through a soft-bristled brush head, which gently lifts dirt from the glass, frames, and sills.
This modern method is safe, effective, and provides a superior, streak-free finish every time.
Traditional Window Cleaning
Using professional-grade applicators and squeegees, this method gives a close-up, detailed clean.
Windows are cleaned by hand with precision, wiping down frames and sills, ensuring a pristine finish leaving a spotless, streak-free finish.
While the water-fed pole system is preferred for all exterior work, the traditional hand-cleaning method is used for interior work and for external cleaning where windows are inaccessible to the water fed pole system.
The Science Behind Pure Water Cleaning
Pure water cleaning isn’t just effective – it’s scientific.
Regular tap water contains dissolved minerals like calcium and magnesium, which leave streaks and spots when they dry. We use water which has gone through a multi-stage purification system, including:

Carbon filtration – to remove chlorine and organics

Reverse osmosis – to remove dissolved solids

Deionization resin tanks – the final step that strips out remaining ions, leaving water at 0ppm (parts per million)
This ultra-pure water becomes a natural cleaning agent, breaking down dirt on contact. With no contaminants, it actively attracts dirt, lifting it from the glass surface. When rinsed and left to dry naturally, the result is crystal-clear glass with no marks – just a spotless, gleaming finish.
